Maintaining a vegan plant based diet is crucial in bringing my thyroid levels and LDLs into normal range without medication. But there are tons of other benefits to this lifestyle. Weight loss, hydrated skin, reduction in inflammation which leads to pain relief, balanced ph, controlling IBS, detox for your organs especially the liver, and for treating autoimmune! The healing properties are endless.
